These represent common areas of focus, though treatment is always tailored to you.
Depression
Are you feeling hopeless, isolated, and not like your usual self?
If you are experiencing symptoms such as guilt or worthlessness, changes in appetite, insomnia or hypersomnia, unexpected tearfulness, loss of motivation or interest, or thoughts of suicide or wishing you could go to sleep and not wake up, you may be dealing with depression. Know that you are not alone, and support is available.
Are you restricting food, bingeing, or purging? Do you feel guilty about eating, avoid eating in front of others, fear gaining weight, or exercise to compensate? If so, you may meet criteria for an eating disorder. Even if you don’t, you may still feel stuck in patterns where your relationship with food, exercise, and your body needs healing.
Is anxiety taking over your life? Do you feel like you can’t control it, even after trying therapy? Common symptoms include restlessness, tension, panic, difficulty focusing, and trouble sleeping—often linked to life events or past experiences. Therapy can help uncover the root causes, shift your perspective, and build healthier coping skills.
